I wanted to share just a quick thought about Mother's Day. While for many this is a happy holiday, for others this day is a challenge. The advertising and marketing seem to start earlier and get more intense every year. For those who do not have a mother, who are struggling with infertility, who don't have a relationship with their mother, or who chose not to have children, this messaging can seem extra loud. For those of you who are celebrating this weekend, I wish you a very happy day. For those of you who are struggling, please take some time for some self-care and know that I am sending a little extra love and support.
