FRIDAY ALL-LEVELS YOGA
A class for everyone! The class incorporates some higher intensity postures and flows with calming, restorative poses. Variations are provided for all poses, so that the practice works for everyone, no matter your experience level.

SUNDAY GENTLE YOGA
This class is designed to be gentle on the joints. The practice is at a slower pace so that we can work into each pose safely and find what is comfortable on our bodies. All levels are welcome!
This is a hybrid class: on Zoom or In-Studio
